CSR New Sites Project Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of the position are:
* Assist Sustainable Development Manager to apply AQUA Lestari’s project management tool kit (assessment, planning, project formulation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation including reporting) as a basis to design start up projects in new sites
* Facilitate local stakeholders, community and/or partner, certain community based project in the fields of water access, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), reforestation, waste management, sustainable agriculture, education or economic development.
* Assist Sustainable Development Manager to ensure that project activities are implemented, and budget administered in line with the work plan and company policies/requirements
* Take active role in sites risks identification and management related to CSR activities
* Manage 2 ways communication with related stakeholders (local NGO, media, government and communities’ informal & formal leaders)
* Support Stakeholders Relation Managers, specific to the areas of CSR related issues
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
* Bachelor Degree in agriculture, forestry, environmental engineering or social sciences
* Experience of working for at least 3 years in a relief or development setting. This should include field experience including management of implementing agencies (local or national NGOs, or communities)
* Excellent knowledge & proven experiences community based developmentprojects
* Proven competency in community participation approaches
* Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams and to achieve goals through teamwork
Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
* This position will report to Capacity Building & Project Services Director. The incumbent is responsible to:
* Responsible for all aspect of development and implementation of assigned project provides a single point of contact of those project
* Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects
* Ensure projects are deliver on time, within budget, adhere to define quality standards and meet agreed user specifications and expectations.
* Liaise between relevant parties in order to ensure that project objectives are effectively and efficiently delivered
Requirements
* University degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering
* Minimum 4 years experience as Project Manager in new site / green field project
* Good command in English both Verbal & Written
* Master in Microsoft Project
