We are urgently looking for suitable candidate to join our team as:
Assistant Manager, Human Resources
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Handling Personnel and HR matters with regard to recruitment selection, interview, employee contract, Insurance (Term life, Inpatient, Jamsostek), termination, training, attendance report, etc
* Handling company issue regarding to the manpower activity and Industrial relation
* Administers salary/payroll and employee benefits program and income tax withholding (PPh 21)
Requirements:
* Male, maximum age 30 years old
* Graduated from reputable university in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
* At least has 3 years experience in similar position
* Must have good knowledge of payroll and PPh 21
* Experience in Employee relation, compensation, benefit and recruitment
* Having good knowledge about Government regulation (Labor Law) on workforce
* Good in English both oral and written
* Microsoft Office literate
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Hardworking, high integrity, independent, reliable, honest and able to work under pressure
* Good communications skills and ability to get along with people
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
