CALL CENTRE OFFICER (CCO)
Thr main responsibility is to handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customers. This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader.
Qualification:
1. University graduate / S1 from any major or Diploma / D3 (with 1 year working experience)
2. Enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to work shift schedule
3. Highly motivated and has good communication skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Fluent in English both oral and written
6. Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
7. Team focused with a flexible attitude
