Career Days UGM VIII 2011
Career Days UGM is regular and free for member, program held by ECC UGM (www.ecc.ft.ugm.ac.id) to gather the employers and the jobseekers at a place and time. Career Days UGM VIII there’ll be Education Expo to provide the information of postgraduate education institute.
Career Days UGM also aim a synergy between Academic, Business, and Government (ABG) in the field of employment, research, education, and people development.

Place : 2nd floor Grha Sabha Pramana UGM Building
Visitor Target : 9000 visitor (free of charge)
Participant Target : 50 companies and education institution

Prosedur registrasi bagi member ECC UGM / non member yang akan memasukiCareer Days UGM VIII 2011 adalah sebagai berikut :
Member ECC UGM
Pintu masuk lantai 1 : Pintu Utama Selatan; Pintu masuk lantai 2 : Pintu Utama Selatan.
Menuliskan nomor ID Member ECC UGM dan Nama di Form Isian yang disediakan di depan pintu masuk.
Menunjukkan kartu member ECC UGM ke petugas pintu masuk (pintu utama Lantai 1 atau pintu utama Lantai 2)
Form Isian yang telah diisi diserahkan ke petugas untuk mendapatkan katalog yang berisi informasi-informasi (daftar lowongan, denah stand, dll) tentang Career Days UGM VIII 2011
Tunjukkan kartu Member ECC UGM setiap kali anda memasuki area Career Days UGM VIII 2011
Non Member ECC UGM
Pintu masuk lantai 1 : Pintu utama selatan; Pintu masuk lantai 2 : Pintu Timur
Mengambil Formulir Biodata Pengunjung Non-Member ECC UGM dan Katalog yang berisi informasi (lowongan, denah stand, dll) tentang Career Days UGM VIII 2011 di stand yang terletak di selasar timur lantai 1 Gedung Grha Sabha Pramana UGM; dengan membayar biaya penggantian cetak Formulir Biodata dan Katalog sebesar Rp 3000,-.
Mengisi Formulir Biodata secara lengkap dan menempelkan foto 3×4.
Menunjukkan Formulir Biodata yang telah diisi ke petugas pintu masuk untuk Non-Member ECC UGM
Petugas pintu masuk akan menyobek formulir Biodata. Simpanlah bagian yang ditempel foto. Jobseeker wajib menunjukkan sobekan formulir tersebut setiap kali memasuki area CD UGM VIII
Registration Procedure for Employer
The registration procedures for company which will participate in Career Days UGM VIII 2011 are as follow :
Sending the registration form that has been filled through fax or email (found in our proposal, contact our marketing staff)
One (1) week after the form is received by the committee, ordered to pay 50% of the costs that must be paid as evidence of participation to the committee’s account and send transfer receipt , company logo and short company profile via fax or email. If within one (1) weeks since the form is received, payment has not been done, the committee is entitled to divert booths were booked to other participants .
Online Recruitment
To improve the effectiveness of the company recruitment process, we will publish the vacancies that will be opened in Career Days before D-day so that ECC’s members can perform application online application via www.ecc.ft.ugm.ac.id & companies already have their candidates when Career Days UGM VIII begins .
