23 February 2010 – Be aware of bogus job vacancies. -
It has come to our attention that a number of vacancies have been posted to online job boards claiming to be from Valiant Petroleum, offering jobs in the UK with flights and accommodation and UK residency visas. This is a scam.Please note that Valiant does NOT ask applicants to remit payments for processing job applications nor does it ask for Passport/Identity Documents to be sent alongside job applications, and you should be suspicious of any correspondence purporting to originate from Valiant which requests any such payments or documentation. Your identity is precious and it is advisable for you to protect it from misuse by fraudsters.
We take this issue very seriously and have taken action to have them removed.
All true vacancies are posted here on our own website where application can be made.

About 2days ago, I search job in internet in bestjobindonesia.com, found one oil gas industry company call fiso petroleum plc, open vacancy for office assistant, I almost believe that is true and want to sign contract but fortunately I see your website which have same address and business with valiant petroleum plc which is real one, valiant petroleum plc / fiso petroleum plc? same address:
Albion House, Chertsey Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6BD, just have different phone no : +44-87150360, fiso petroleum plc said I have to paid 300GBP for process working permit visa first because they already appoint me as they employee,then will send me contract agreement for 3 years, the email reply as follow : this is a scam, please report this to the police so that no more victims affected by the scam by this company.
