Customer Service Executive
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Assist Customer Service Manager to spearhead and maintain customer service excellence activities/programs and raise engagement level between CordLife and customer through these programs and activities.
Provide overall customer service support
Assist Customer Service Manager to establish customer relationship & administer loyalty program.
Requirements:
Degree preferred but not essential
Min 2 years of working experience in customer service or sales administration
Pleasant personality, highly driven, people-oriented and confident
Ability to communicate effectively
More experienced candidates may be consider for the supervisor role

I have some experience in dealing with customers as I used to work for customer service. I really like working as a customer service because it is connecting with my skill in giving the detail information to customers and solving their problem. In response to customer’s complain I always use the wise and polite word and with deep intonation and accurate information until customers feel satisfied. It is really my skill and ability to handle customer’s problems.
I prefer you giving the opportunity even with low salary for trial and after looking at my performance work and reviewing it I should get the reasonable salary.
