We have a new client at Nihiwatu Sumba NTT, which is looking for a Head Chef for their hotel at Sumba
· male, max 45 yo, willing to stay at Sumba NTT island
· experience in similar high end operation at F & B Product
· strong kitchen leadership and organization skill
· 5 stars hygiene and sanitation standard
· flexible & able to cater of particular guest request / preferences / allergies
· able to do mentoring, coach and train to develop the kitchen and work together with local island staff
· willing to do several task beyond F & B Product / scope of the job des
· salary start from 9 – 12 million Rp.
· ready to work by this May – June 2011
· Remunerations : Annual Leave, Housing, and insurance
