IT Staff
(Jawa Barat – Cibitung)
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots and delivers the solution for hardware and software problems reported by end user in priority based schedule.
Recovers and escalates issues on critical application systems to minimize the downtime which delays the business processes.
Records all support requests and the solution provided in the log sheet for further analysis and anticipate the redundant issues.
Maintains and updates inventory of computers, printers, network devices, and other peripherals, including consumable spare parts.
Monitors and updates software patches, antivirus – client file definition and security policies to all users.
Install and standarizes user’s computer on the software installation, network configuration, user access privilege and also backup folders at server.
Designs and develops the new application systems for supporting the business growth and streamlining the process at user level.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung.
Knowledge database system (Oracle, Ms SQL, Access, MySQL).
Knowledge web programming system using PHP, ASP, ASP.Net.
Knowledge language program (visual basic, java, delphi).
Good analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot in hardware or software.
Full-Time positions available.
