A. TECHNICAL WRITER (TW – H)
Requirements:
S1 Degree in Computer from reputable university
Has proven experience in technical writing – at least 2 years
Knowledge in IT project lifecycle would be an advantage
Having knowledge of various phases involved in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Good experience on analyzing business process
Experience in creating and/or updating software documentations (Software Requirements Specification, Functional Specification DOcument, Entity Relationship Diagram, User Guide, Administration Guide, SIT & UAT Scriopt, etc)
Experience in Microsoft Visio and other supproting tools
Active in English
B. SYSTEM ANALYST (SA-H)
Requirements:
Degree in Computer
Has at least 5 years experience in software development projects
Able to conduct business and user requirement analysis
Able to write & maintain system documentations
Able to document and translate business & user requirements into specific software requirements and detail design specification
Has a good comprehension on SDLC and its application
Familiar with both of client/server and web based application architectures
Strong communication skills & attention to detail in high pressure situations
Has a good time management skill
C. MySQL DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (MDA – H)
Requirements:
S1 Degree in computer
At least 3 years experience in the same field
Fully understand how MySQL table engine architecture works & InnoDB Works
Has a clear knowledge about benchmarking & profiling (know which tools to use), know how query optimizer works
Able to optimize MySQL (especially InnoDB configuration), both from the perspective of memory and I/O
Should know about Operating Systems and Hardware Optimization
Should have a clear comprehension about replication and its various topologies; Load balancing techniques; and MySQL Security
Familiar with back-up-recovery techniques and tools (preferably XtraBackup); various performance monitoring tools (such as maatkit or openark – kit)
Understand how to use EXPLAIN
D. WEB DESIGNER (WD – H)
Requirements:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Information Technology
Proven experience as a Web Designer
Familiar and expert in using deign tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Ilustrator/Corel, Dreamweaver for Graphic Design and Macromedia Flash
Has experience with Open Source Graphics Editor – Inscape will be an advantage
Good knowledge about HTML, CSS Scripts, Jaca Scripts
Famialiar with Action scripts
E. PHP PROGRAMMER (PPRO – H)
Requirements:
S1 Degree in Computer
At least 2 years experience in the same position
Complete understanding of MVC concept and its usage
Know how the MySQL query optimizer works; and to profile and benchmark application (xdebug)
Understand how to profile and benchmark SQL Queries
Understand about indexing and it’s impact on read-load and write-load
Should know how to use EXPLAIN; know the challenges of highly concurrent applications; know how to deal with concurency issues (like file-locking or table-locking); know about replication; caching and various implementations
Knowledge about sphinx will be an added advantage
F. FOXPRO PROGRAMMER (FPRO – H)
Requiements:
S1 from Computer
At least 2 years working experience in the same position
Familiar with Foxpro 2.6 or Visual Foxpro
Have a good knowledge about PHP, HTM, Javascript, MySQL, prefereable someone who know how to use PHP framework Codelgniter and JQuery
