Key Account Supervisor Lotte Cikarang
LOTTE INDONESIA, PT URGENTLY REQUIRED We are growing confectionary company seeking bright and highly motivated professionals to join us as:
KEY ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining an existing book of business, conducting pro-active sales appointments with key decision makers, uncovering client needs, and maintaining customer accounts within a geographic territory
* Developing and implementing the sales strategies, account business plan to achieve targets
* Developing annual account business plan, account fact file and measurements (sales volume, budgeting, shared growth, space management, promotion activity and budget, strategy execution, and time line)
* As an outside field representative, will educate, instruct, and up sell all assigned and newly generated accounts, and enable the company to maximize and maintain the volume of business
* Monitoring and analyzing the market situation, in the short term, medium, and long term including market share growth, competitor activity and consumer update
* Provides ongoing service and problem solving to customer within geographic territory
* Manage customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with customers
Qualifications:
* Male or female, age between 25 – 35 years old
* Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or Industrial/Food Technology from reputable university
* Excellent command in both written and spoken English
* Proficient in the use of computer skill (Ms. Office)
* Related supervisory experience in FCMG (preferably confectionary) industry at least 3 years
* Experience in handling key account such as Hypermart, Carrefour, Hero Group, etc.
* Excellent in leadership and negotiation skill
* Strong business acumen & analytical skills to synthesize information into actionable
* Able to work under pressure and likes challenges
* Expertise in managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
