TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Purpose of Jobs:
- Support professional development program for Business Units:
o Coordinating and Deployment of the Program
o Evaluation of the Program and proposed future development
- Assure the implementation of the planned program across Business Units
- Support Peer Review Program conducted at Business Units
- Evaluate Professional Development Programs for Business Units for the purpose of the attainment of the programs
Requirements:
1. Min. education S1/S2 in Education or Human Resources, with min. GPA 3.00
2. Min. age 25 years old
3. Min. 3 years work experience in educational institutions
4. Min. 1 year work experience as an instructor in School or University field
5. Self-motivated but a Team Player at the same time
6. Excellent written and spoken English
7. Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative & innovative
8. Computer literate and familiar with the internet
9. Good communication skills
10. Willing to work on Saturdays
