CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
As Corp Communications Officer, you will report to the GM, Corporate Communications with the following responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Implement specific PR & Internal Communications programs by working and liaising with relevant stakeholders to generate awareness and create good image of Asian Agri.
- Drafting and designing our collaterals, including: company brochures, presentation, fact sheets, press releases, articles, advertising/advertorials, etc. Research and analysis gathering to create write-ups may be involved.
- Working on internal communication programs, working together with HR
- Conducting media monitoring and analysis of local publications for weekly submission to GM Corporate Communications.
- Organizing internal and external events, including press events, preparing logistics and administration, liaising with third-parties and related stakeholders.
- Updating website and intranet.
- Conducting office management.
- Special projects may be assigned from time to time in the area of corporate communications.
Requirements:
Personal Attributes
- Maximum 30 years old; attractive and friendly personality.
- S1 or above in Communications and other Social Sciences degrees from a reputable university (If other degrees, should demonstrate extensive experience in communications/public relations.)
- Have good understanding of principles in corporate communications.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in corporate communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills in bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English both in writing and spoken (speech, translation, write-ups), minimum IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 580.
- Must demonstrate basic editing, design skills.
- Strong motivated and passionate individual.
- Flexible: able to cope with very dynamic and challenging work environment.
