ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (POSITION CODE: S_D-0247965)
Responsibilities:
*Employees in this role responsible to lead Software Education services business.
*Responsible create pipelines and developing proposal or solution to customer.
*Maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools in specialty, and uses them when assigned to specialty specific opportunities or territories to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
*Responsible for revenue (sell to, sell with and/or sell through), market share, and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts.
Desired Candidate:
*Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any background.
*Minimum of 6 years working experience in selling services in consulting and education area.
*Knowledge of IBM software will be an advantage.
*Working experience in a dynamic working environment.
*High drive towards achievement.
*Possess excellent communication and presentation skill.
*Proficient level for English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
