PT Inter Pratama Studio Laboratorium, the first colour film lab in Indonesia, is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and experienced professionals to immediately fill the Executive Assistant position.
Executive Assistant
JOB DUTIES:
* Schedule appointments and meetings of the GM and CEO to maximize efficiency
* Handle contacts, emails, letters and telephone calls
* Assist, advise, an support GM and CEO in internal and external affairs
* Prepare, finalize, and follow up the meeting minutes of the company
* Preparation of company business plan and business report
* Identify and performing administrative and other duties that may arise from time to time and which contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the GM and CEO’s office
* Be available for occasional work duties that may involve evening
Requirements:
1. Female / Male, max 30 years old with good personality
2. D3/S1 Degree from reputable university
3. 2 – 3 years working experience as a secretary or an executive assistant
4. Strong computer skill in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other programs
5. Outstanding analytical skills and organized work habit
6. Superior inter-personal skills with positive work attitude, ethnics and a team player
7. Excellent written and oral communication skill in both Indonesia and English
