EXECUTIVE CHEF
Jobs Description :
* Assist the management and Leadership of the Kitchen operation.
* Assist in formulating, coordinating and supervising Menu Design and SOP’s implementation
* Assist in maintaining food cost
* Organize food production in hygienic manner and safety standard
* Develop standard and procedures of training
Requirements :
* Male or Female, 30 – 35 years old.
* Minimum Diploma/D3 preferably from tourism academy
* Minimum have 4 years experience in the similar capacity
* Good knowledge and experience in fine European and Asian Cuisine
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Understand both of speak and written in English.
* Having knowledge in computer literacy ( Ms. Word and Ms. Excel )
* Having extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment
* Having experience in new opening
* Having knowledge of purchasing
* Well organized, honest, hard worker and high dedicated to the job
