Field Sales Supervisor – Malang (FSS-Malang)
The position is available for specific area in Malang. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager Surabaya, the main purpose of the above position is to ensure that sales, distribution, promotion and merchandising for categories and brands at the territory’s account level in line with the company objective.
The candidate should at least graduate from reputable universities in Indonesia from relevant major and having minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level from FMCG Company.
The Requirements
* Minimum S-1 graduate from reputable university. 1-2 years experience in sales/ marketing field will be an advantage
* Strong consumer focus
* Excellent in effective communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
* Computer literate – familiar in using MS Word, Excel and Power Points
* Strong drive for result; innovative and dynamic
