Lowongan Key Account Manager at PT. Cadbury Indonesia. PT. Cadbury Indonesia is currently search for the following position:
Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing and servicing key accounts and maintaining high level of sales achievement in targeted market segments
* Strategic development of business annual plans
* Management of trade fund to focus on key business building activities to deliver company’s growth agendas
* Conduct business review to gain competitive advantage
* Planning, monitoring and tracking of sales plan and KPIs
* Ensure channel pricing are complied with company guidelines
* Keep abreast of competition, products and markets within confectionery
* Develop long term vision and strategy for the channel.
Capabilities required:
* Good sales management track record with Key Account Management experience in handling HQ in FMCG.
* Independent, confident and results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
* Strong analytical and communication skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives and be a proven achiever, ideally from within the FMCG.
* Good command in English and Bahasa
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications & Experience:
* Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business from reputable University in Indonesia, minimum GPA is 2,75
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG industry (food category) in key account management
