Legal Drafting & Verification [code : LEGAL- JD - CORSEC]
Main Role :
* Draft legal document and prepare standard form agreements, amendments, consents, confidentiality and assignments.
* Design proper disclosure of agreements/ contracts for compliance with state and law regulation.
* Identify issues and advise on structure and draft disclosure documents.
* Responsible for handling all potential legal matters, including analysis, evaluation and defense of any legal issue.
* Provide legal and policy advice and services to ensure all strategic and operational aspects need are achieved with maximum legal compliance.
* Coordinate, track and analyze all law regulation cases and carry out consultation/negotiation and research required.
* Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect of business operation
* Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
* Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all legal documentation
General Qualification :
* Male or Female, age max 38 years old.
* Education min S1 majoring Law with GPA min 3, 00
* Have Advocate Certificate
* 3 years experience in related issues
* Another job experience in legal area
* Good track record
* Experienced and achievement in related field of mall or public service
Skill & Knowledge
* Writing and reporting
* Managerial Skill
* Fluent in English (writing & speaking)

* High memory capability
* Good systematical thinking
* Good interpersonal & organizational relationship
