National IR, Security and Fraud Control Manager is responsible to protect the businesses finances, assets, income streams and profitability from threat and loss through effective risk identification and mitigation strategies thereby mitigating losses from fraud and ensuring business continuity and sustainability. This will be accomplished by implementing best practice in fraud and security risk management, business continuity and security standards and by providing guidance and leadership to key stakeholders and business leaders in operations.
NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, SECURITY AND FRAUD CONTROL MANAGER
The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Director in managing the following accountabilities:
* Providing guidelines of managing industrial relations; Administration of the Labor Law, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal Regulations Agreement, all extra-contractual agreement, and any other provision that maybe applicable; Researches labor/employees relation problem to find the most adequate solutions and negotiates with union; Ensuring all HR document and policy comply to manpower regulation.
* Leading and managing the security and fraud response in CCDI;
* Over sighting the operational security staffing levels in CCDI to ensure optimum and cost effective security support is in place
* Jointly implementing with the financial teams, business wide fraud control and investigation strategies, policies, and procedures that minimize the opportunities for fraud and corruption;
* Undertaking as directed internal investigations into allegations of fraudulent activity using all legal investigation strategies;
* Deliver high quality security solutions that provide our employees with a secure and safe working environment
* Monitoring compliance by business with security and fraud control requirements
* Maintaining security policies, practices and procedures and ensure standardized implementation
* Conducting professional investigations into issues of fraud, theft, security breaches, corrupt activities, illegal conduct or serious security breaches
* Developing and maintain a network of appropriate professional contacts and liaise with state / national law enforcement, intelligence and security agencies
* Conducting issue specific risk assessments as directed;
* Identifying and recommending post investigative process changes that cost effectively enhance security and reduce our exposure from fraud;
* Ensuring that the overall security and fraud risk management package is perceived as positive and value adding
To manage such an imperative functions, ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications:
* Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
* Holding a minimum of five (5) years working experience in managerial level.
* Demonstrate excellent analytical conceptual and strategic thinking.
* Excellent Leadership and Management skill, supported with sufficient competencies, particularly in the areas of Fraud control management, law enforcement networks,
* corporate security management, security and emergency response, security coordination and planning, investigation strategies and methodologies.
* Demonstrate good communication skills
* Experienced in monitoring and reporting system.
* Upholding coordination functions of a range of services, thus your leadership skills will be the testimony to your successes.
