QC Shift Supervisor (Based in Cikarang)
Job Description:
1. Planning, organizing, implementing and controlling quality control activities to ensure all products are met to the specification and the processes adhering the work instructions and procedures.
2. Direct Report to QA/QC Senior Manager, supervise a group of inspectors for various line of production processes. Working in shift.
Qualifications:
1. Male, age maximum 35 years old.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as QA/QC supervisor at manufacturing preferably in food packaging industry
3. S1 degree from reputable university GPA minimum 2.75 majoring in technical background preferably chemical or food processing technology
4. Good in leadership, people management, communication skill, analytical skill, trainer.
5. Strong personality and self organizing, can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
6. Taft, assertive and proactive. Good attention to detail.
7. Good knowledge in ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, SPC & TQM. Experience in health and safety is a plus point.
8. Good in English both oral and written
9. Live in Cikarang/Bekasi area is an advantage
Other :
* Salary range Rp. 4 up to 6 million net/month, plus other benefits.
