RECRUITMENT OFFICER
General Requirement :
* Male / Female, min. Bachelor of Psychology
* Experienced in conducting assessment process with various psychological tools
* Posses good knowledge in interview process especially with behavioral technique
* Fluent in English and able to communicate in English with out an effort
* Computer literate
* Mature, confident, pleasant, and showing a strong personality characters
* Strong work ethic, demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
* Fast learner and able to adapt with rapid changes
* Broad knowledge in human resources key concept will be an advantages
