BECOME A DOER
SENIOR MACHINIST (SM)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing hands on works with powered hand tools for propeller metallurgical repair inside and outside of workshop. Perform MIG and TIG welding repairs. Preheating and straightening of propeller by large hand gas burners. Operate various lathe/boring/milling machines in proper as well as efficient for parts
repair job including an on-site machining. Performing non-destructive testing by mean of dye penetrates check as well as magnetic particle testing for cracks. Perform reporting, mechanical drawing and design also simulation with CAD software.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* Excellence knowledge in technically and material
* Good in creating and reading of mechanical drawing
* Good in 3 dimensional mechanical simulation on AutoCAD and Solid works programmed
* Experience with hot works using large hand gas burners
* Independent, open mind, self driven and willing to take new challenges
* Willing to work in the field
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
* Min. Diploma (D3)
* Having min. 2 years for experience in maintenance / repair engineer
* Familiar with Power Generation Engine
* Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
