URGENTLY REQUIRED. Lowongan kerja Training & Deployment di Surya Madistrindo, PT. PT. Surya Madistrindo is an affiliate of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. TRAINING & DEPLOYMENT
TRAINING & DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST (DS)
Responsibility:
Responsible to conduct training for all operational team & employee, develop concept and training material, make training programs & schedule including but not limited to give evaluation and doing assessment.
Requirements:
* Male or Female
* Min. bachelor degree in any field
* Possesses minimum 2 years experience as a trainer in any kind industry (FMCG & Life Insurance is preferred)
* Excellent presentation and training skills, particularly motivational and soft skill training
* Good interpersonal skills
* A good team player, mature and dynamic, with the enthusiasm to ensure that goals and commitments are achieved.
* Computer literate
* Willing to travel extensively.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (LS)
Responsibility:
Responsible to develop and provide all training material, syllabus & curriculum based on Training Need Analysis and Develop E-learning
Requirements:
· Male or Female
· Min. bachelor degree in any field
· Possesses minimum 2 years experience as training officer or HR officer
· Good interpersonal skills
· A good team player, mature and dynamic, with the enthusiasm to ensure that goals and commitments are achieved.
· Computer literate
TRAINING & DEPLOYMENT SUPPORTING (TS)
Responsibility:
Responsible to support all Training & Deployment Department activity and administration
Requirements:
· Female
· Min. bachelor degree in any field
· Possesses minimum 2 years experience in administration or secretary field
· Good interpersonal skills
· A good team player, mature and dynamic, with the enthusiasm to ensure that goals and commitments are achieved.
· Computer literate
