Warehouse Manager – Semarang
Responsibility:
* Responsible for running day to day operation (Warehousing & Distribution)
* To achieve work result against objectives and direct measures to correct unsatisfactory conditions
* Reporting to Operations Manager / Country Manager from Jakarta HQ
* To achieve and maintain high level of Customer Service
* To achieve assigned KPI 100%
* To ensure accurate and timely management reporting
* Responsible to maintain & follow strictly all assigned work process or procedures and deliver quality results at all time
* Responsible for managing and motivating YCH Staff as well as other related labours to achieve at least 98% productivity rate
* Responsible for upholding the YCH image trough executing high level of integrity, honestly and royalty
* Responsible for all the tools, equipments and properties of PT YCH Indonesia
Requirements:
* Degree in any discipline
* At least 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management
* Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must
* Well verse in Microsoft office
* Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship
* Able to work under extreme pressure and minimum supervision
* Mature and independent in problem solving
* Analytical skills/business process analysis preferred
* Extremely proficient on computers
