Training Assistant
Requirement:
1. Female.
2. Education: diploma degree in Telecommunication Management or related major
3. Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill, Mandarin language will be an advantages.
4. Independent, excellent motivation skills, excellent problem solving, analytical and management skills, excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, and customer service orientation.
5. Willingness to travelling.
6. Working experience 1 year in HR Dept. or Training Dept. or related dept.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Regional D&T Manager ZTE University for daily work related both customer and training.
2. Support Local Training Manager to prepare Training Proposal & implement customer and training.
3. Prepare, organize and implement training activities for customer.
