Contact Center is KPSG’s crown jewel services, which provide resources for both Inbound and Outbound functions with a well-blended utilization of professional agent and state-of-the art technology, which features Multimedia Channels including voice, facsimile, email, SMS and internet.

Provisioning of Outbound Functions to handle Telemarketing / Telesales, Survey, Collection, Reminder and Promotional Follow Up, and provisioning of Inbound Functions to handle Customer Services, Inquiry, Registration, Order Taking, Help Desk and Self-Services with a well-blended utilization of people, process, technology with a certain Service Level.

Responsibilities:

* provide complete educational consulting, advice and recommendations to students

Requirements:

* Male/Female, max. 25 (Male most preferable)
* Bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00 from any major from reputable university
* Fresh graduates are welcome (experiences is more preferable)
* Have good communication, good looking, and able to work under pressure
* Hardworker, honest, cooperative, proactive, and initiative.
* willing to work in shifting hours
* Willing to work on Saturday (if needed for events, 6-10 times in a year)
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Applicants will hired in Jakarta International College (JIC) at JIC Puri Indah and JIC Imam Bonjol.
