PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is a multinational company leading an agriculture industry (HTI), chip mill projects, and chip mill operations in Kalimantan Timur. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team for the following position:
Planning Askep (PN-AK)
(Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all planning operation activities appropriate to the programs established by company and comply with the procedures, SOPs, rules, and regulation.
Provide supporting data, both field work and forecast (by survey, GIS/PIMS, PQA, HQA, PCS, etc.) to support operation of other departments.
Control and record the statistical information (geographical data, environmental, infrastructure, accessibility, etc.) and then report to the competent parties as per company policies and procedures to ensure maximum operational in field.
Ensure the EHS standards and or procedures are well-implemented in the planning-related activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor, preferable in geography, forestry, or agriculture.
6-7 years progressive experience in forestry planning with 3 years experience in the same (Askep) level.
Proven skills in managing government relation (RKT, land license, etc.).
Good knowledge of all aspects of forestry business or management necessity.
Familiar with forestry tools and equipments as well as its programs.
Thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
Good team management skills.
Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Energetic.
High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
Willing to travel and relocate to remote area in Kalimantan Timur.
