Real Estate Executive
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage and control new opening store location’s selection activities from the analyzing potential location refer to recommended market potential for BELMART, give recommendation to management, approval processing of selected location until opening new store.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Responsible to manage and control new opening store location’s selection activit.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
