Recruitment Specialist

Requirements:

Female, max. 27 years old.
Min. S1 Degree in Psychology from reputable University, GPA min 2.75
Min. 1 year experiences at the same position.
Experiences handling job fair and walk in interview would be an advantage
Strong knowledge in various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method.
Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate.
Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
