PT. DIMA INDONESIA, National Distributor of Guinness Beer is seeking for highly qualified individuals to join the HRD Team to meet the current and future growth for:
RECRUITMENT STAFF
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent with GPA at least 2.80.
Female, below 28 years old
At least 2 year(s) of working experience as HRD / Recruitment Staff for FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Retail business
Has experience as Recruiter in recruitment agency is a plus point
Understand about recruitment and selection concept
Has a confidence to deal with person in senior level of management
Well organize yet able to work in a fast pace and tight deadline
Able to join immediately
