Future development will include acquisition and consolidation of Pay TV business to complement our content distribution activities. Training and Development Section Head
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Involves in HR management and Training&Dev function which includes orientation of new employees, organize and conduct internal training and external training.
Conduct regular audit on all training materials to ensure that content is always up-to-date.
Conducts training needs analysis to identify the training needs for company and design for training schedule, program and budget.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of employees.
Ability to deliver effective presentations
Able to work under-pressure
Good time management
